RapidSwitch reports over 90% customer satisfaction results
More than 90% of customers who use RapidSwitch, a leading European supplier of self-managed dedicated server solutions, have reported good to excellent satisfaction levels with the service they receive from the iomart Group plc-owned hosting company.
RapidSwitch's 100% uptime guarantee and the speed at which its technical teams respond were singled out as key reasons for excellent customer satisfaction while overall, both price and quality of service were factors that scored highly.
The dedicated hosting company's Maidenhead data centre's ISO 27001 and 9001 accreditations were also rated as very important by customers. In all 93% of customers rated RapidSwitch’s service as either excellent or good.
