We regularly canvass our customers’ opinions to ensure we are delivering the most relevant “products and services for their needs and to get feedback on our service levels. The results from our recent customer survey has been collated and the feedback is below.
Our Responses
We are delighted that our 100% uptime guarantee remains the most important aspect of our service for our customers. We remain fully committed to delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising reliability.
DDoS prevention and security is a hot topic and the moment and we are we are investigating cost-effective options for DDoS protection that are in-line with our principles on value for money.
Our Responses
As IPv4 space has been running low we have been working in the background on a long term network upgrade. Our customers will be aware of network upgrades for IPv6 and MPLS services are in progress, expected completion is Summer 2012.
As mentioned earlier, we are investigating cost-effective options for DDoS protection.
Multi-datacentre resilience is something we can offer and we are continually looking to help customers develop highly resilient, multi-site hosting options. Contact us for further information if you're interested.
Our Responses
We have setup a product and services mailing list for news of product offerings (with full opt-out capability) to keep customers informed with the latest product offerings.
We are preparing a clearer SLA for the support services we offer customers and we will be looking to introduce self-help documentation for customers.
